PRIVACY
Your home stays yours.
Dwellmark is intentionally local-first and does not require an account. This notice explains what the current iPhone release stores and what you control.
Last updated 23 July 2026
What Dwellmark stores
Dwellmark stores home and asset details you enter, photographs you choose to capture, documents you import, maintenance completion states, and reminder preferences. Those records stay on your device.
Camera and documents
The camera opens only after you choose to use it. Imported files are copied into Dwellmark private app storage so they remain available. Dwellmark does not use your captures for advertising or model training.
Sharing and exports
Dwellmark shares information only when you deliberately create and send an export through your device share sheet. The receiving app or service then applies its own privacy practices.
Analytics and tracking
The current release contains no advertising SDK, behavioural analytics SDK, third-party tracking, cloud account, or cloud sync. Dwellmark does not sell household information.
Your controls
You can clear saved Dwellmark records, imported vault files, durable asset photographs, and Dwellmark maintenance reminders from Settings. Removing the app may also remove local records that you have not exported.
Before cloud features launch
Optional accounts or backup will not launch until Dwellmark adds explicit consent, encryption, recovery, in-app account deletion, a public deletion page, retention periods, and updated store disclosures.
